We have a 14 days return policy on all parts orders except
for special orders. We charge a 20% restocking fee unless it
was our error. All shipping for returns must be pre-paid by
the customer. You will need to contact us by phone or email
us at sales@autoxen.com for a RMA return number. If you return a part without getting a return
number first your return will be refused and we will have no
way to track your return. We will process your refund within 2 to 3 working days after inspection of the returned kits. If the HID kits have been installed, we will not refund your money back but will exchange you for other products.

Payment Methods:
We kindly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express Paypal, Money
Orders, Cashier Checks and Direct Wiring Transfer.
Please allow up to 1-2 days for secure payment verification
if you are paying by credit card. Please contact us to arrange
for any alternative payment options.
Terms and Warranty:
Xensonic HID conversion kits are all
covered by a limited lifetime manufactured warranty against manufacturer
defects, in which a manufacturer-defective part, in the kit
and within the warranty period will be replaced at no
additional charge with a similar product. The customers will be responsible for all shipping costs. We will ship out customer replacement part upon received back the defective part.
The warranty is void if the cause of damage or failure is
due to abuse, neglect, improper installation, and use other
than the intended use or application, accidents or natural
disasters.
All bulbs are tested and burned-in by the manufacturer
prior to delivery. Burst / exploded HID bulbs are not covered
by warranty.
All return kits more than 14 days and less than 30 days is
subject to a 20% restocking fee and funds will be issued only
after our staff examines the product and finds it defect free.
All purchased is more than 30 days is subject to 40% restocking fees. Please contact us to get a return authorization prior
to shipping the item back. Any return without an approval will
not be accepted.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to incur all warranty
and return shipping charges.
Autoxen.com cannot be held responsible for the misuse of
any products sold or distributed by Autoxen.com. The customer will
bear all possible expenses caused by misuse or mishandling of
the products received.
Autoxen.com strives to provide our clients with the most
accurate information possible concerning the use and
installation of the kits. However, in all cases it is
ultimately the customer's role and responsibility to verify
all pertinent information.
Autoxen.com will endeavor to fill all orders within one
business days from the confirmation of payment. This service
aims at providing our clients with a high level of service
however under certain conditions beyond our control delivery
times may be longer.
For our retailers and importers the terms and conditions
will be negotiated individually.

Professional installation is required for all our products.
We are not responsible for improper installations by
non-professionals.
- Returns: Returns are only accepted with a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact sales@autoxen.com for your RMA #.via email. A Customer Service agent will contact you with
an RMA number and further instructions. We will NOT accept
any returns without a RMA Number.
- Exclusions: This Limited Warranty specifically
excludes defects resulting from water damage, fire, chemical
spillage, acts of nature, misuse, abuse, neglect,
alteration, modification, improper installation, submersion,
vehicle crash, dropping or by any other type of impact. ANY
modification to the system and components, or operating on a
vehicle with a defective headlight housing, will
automatically void the warranty. Except for the Limited
Warranty as stated above, there is no warranty of Autoxen.com
products or any part thereof, whether expressed or implied.
- Exclusion of Damage: In no event shall Autoxen.com, Xensonic or any distributor be liable for any
damages whatsoever (including without limitation,
consequential damages, incidental damages, or damages for
loss of use, loss of business profit, business interruption,
loss of business information, loss of time, inconvenience,
or other losses) arising out of the use, misuse, or
inability to use a Autoxen.com / Xensonic product. Autoxen.com and Xensonic reserve the right to change the
design and function of their products without any obligation
to modify any previous product. This warranty gives you
specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that
vary from state to state.
- Repair or Replacement: If a Autoxen.com / Xensonic’s product is suspected of being defective, please
contact Autoxen.com to obtain an RMA number. Include your
receipt of professional installation and other proof of
purchase along with a copy of the product registration card
and a description of the problem. The returned product will
be inspected by our technicians. If the product is found to
be defective and coved by this Limited Warranty, the sole
remedy is repair or replacement, at Autoxen.com's option. A
repaired or replacement product will be shipped back at no
charge, and will be warranted to be free from defects in
workmanship and material under normal use. Removal, installation, or
reinstallation costs are not covered by this Limited
Warranty.

International Credit Card Security: According to
VISA/MasterCard rules, we can not accept international credit
cards. If you would like to place an order, you need request
an Internal Order Authorization Form for Direct T/T Transfer

Fraudulent Orders: All fraudulent orders will be
prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Order fraud is a
Federal crime, subject to Federal penalties.
